* Shipping within the united kingdom will be sent 48 hour Tracked with Royal mail, express next day by 1pm postage is also available but this is an option upon checkout.

* Our wooden and slate products are made from natural materials so the colour, Grain and texture may vary from the pictures. The engraving may also be lighter or darker than the images, unfortunately due to the wood being a natural product, we cannot guarantee the outcome. All items are printed using high-quality filament for strength and durability.
As with all 3D printed products, minor print lines or small surface imperfections may be visible – this is normal and does not affect function.

*Due to the production process of our wooden items, we sometimes get remnants of soot after cutting and engraving. We do our very best to clean this up but sometimes some remnants of soot may remain.
