Dispatch Times
At Ambria Designs, every order is prepared with care, with many of our products handmade or personalised especially for you.
Our standard processing and dispatch time is 3–5 working days, although we aim to dispatch orders much sooner wherever possible.
During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Delivery
All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, with the delivery service depending on the size and weight of your order.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer international shipping to a wide range of destinations.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, local postal services and customs processing.
Where tracking is provided, tracking details will be supplied once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Charges
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on the destination.
Where these charges have not already been included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipped to the USA using our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service have applicable import duties covered as part of the shipping arrangement.
Delivery Delays
Although we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives promptly, occasional delays can occur due to postal disruptions, seasonal demand or customs processing.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant postal service.
